Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bubble account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
